OpenAI AI Voice Cloning Tool
OpenAI created a new thing called Voice Engine. It can copy human voices from a short audio clip and make them talk like real people.
Here's what you need to know:
It keeps the accent and feelings of the original person.
OpenAI added safety stuff to stop it from being used the wrong way.
They started working on it in late 2022 and have been using it in their text-to-speech and ChatGPT.
OpenAI been using Voice Engine since 2022. But they're not releasing it to the public yet, probably because they know it could cause problems like fake videos during elections.

How to use Anthropic's free prompt library called Claude. It has lots of prompts you can use right away.
Go to Claude's Prompt Library.
Look through the prompts and choose one that fits what you need. Some good ones are Website Wizard, Excel Expert, Storytelling Sidekick, and Lesson Planner.
These prompts work best when you use both a System prompt and a User prompt.
If you're not sure, a System prompt in Claude is like Custom Instructions for ChatGPT.
To use System prompts, copy and paste them from the library into the Claude API Console.
