Apple's much-anticipated AI features, called Apple Intelligence, will not be included in the initial release of iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 this September.

  • Apple Intelligence is expected to be released by October, a few weeks after the initial iOS 18 launch.

  • Developers will get early access to test Apple Intelligence features this week via iOS 18.1 and iPadOS 18.1 betas.

  • Some advanced Siri features will still be missing in the October release, with the full rollout extending into 2025.

While the delay may disappoint Apple and AI enthusiasts, it reflects Apple's strategy of releasing stable, polished features.
